ALWAYS Maxi Thick pads, in the blue package, provide an extra level of security and protection. ALWAYS Ultra Thin pads, in the teal package, are super thin but still highly absorbent. Both variants provide superior protection.

Always Maxi Thick pads have adhesive strips to attach securely to your panties. Remove the paper backing and press the sticky side of the pad onto your underwear. Now remove the paper holding the wings (flaps that fold over the side) together and wrap them around the underside of your panties.

A common cause of leaks is poor fitting pads. Avoid leakage by choosing the right size. Do note that the longer the pad, the better is the coverage and protection. We also recommend changing your pads frequently.

The frequency with which you change your sanitary pad depends on your flow. The heavier the flow, the more often you should change your sanitary pad to reduce the risk of leakage and irritation. Lighter flow will demand less frequent pad change. However, Always experts recommended that you change your sanitary pad every 4 to 6 hours on average during the day for complete protection.
