Using Tampax Compak tampon is easy. Follow these simple steps to wear it properly:

• Wash your hands and sit or stand in a comfortable position
• Unwrap the tampon and hold it securely using the grip marks
• Gently insert the tampon into your vagina
• Push until you feel the tampon securely fit inside you
• Hold onto the outer tube and gently pull it out
• Leave the tampon inside you with the string hanging on the outside

The usage time of a tampon will vary depending upon your flow. However, ALWAYS experts recommend that you change your tampons every 6 to 8 hours. Your tampon doesn't know if it's day or night and will work the same while you sleep; just be sure to use a tampon for not more than 8 hours.
